Day 5 of water challenge ends. 2.6kg lighter!

At first, I put this down to some kind of metabolic swing – but my weight dropped by 1.3kg between Monday and Tuesday, then another 700g to Wednesday, 100g to Thursday and 200g to today. 

If it were a swing, I’d expect it to go up at one point (that’ll be tomorrow…) 

I have to assume it’s a water retention issue. After all, I do take Kre Alklyn. 

Next week, I’m definitely going to make my lunch sports drink isotonic though – just for my own peace of mind. 

Some is still to drink at least 3 litres each day over the weekend – but I don’t want to burden my system with the full gallon. 

Good week though! And still no stories of getting caught short…
